It's sad when people have to put a disclaimer on blogs. Unless your blog has the company name in the URL or uses corporate logos, it shouldn't be associated with an employer unless explicitly specified. I was happy to see this blog post (http://hoth.entp.com/2008/10/31/employee-blogging), and the position a company took on its employee's personal blog.
